In line with the industry's green upgrade trend, solvent-free, residue-free, and highly stable eco-friendly release paper has become the core material standard for high-end adhesive tapes, precision die-cutting, medical, and food packaging applications.

In response to the market's demand for high quality and to strengthen the company's product delivery capabilities, Jiangsu Taoshi has vigorously introduced the latest generation of high-end intelligent solvent-free release paper production equipment on the market, completing a comprehensive upgrade and iteration of the production line's hardware.

After the new equipment was installed, our company went through phased process calibration, multiple batches of sample grinding, customer on-site actual measurement feedback optimization, and finally completed the implementation of the entire process quality control standards. At present, the product performance, coating accuracy and batch stability have all reached the standard and are in a stable state. The sample debugging phase has officially ended and we are now moving towards full-scale stable mass production and regular batch order fulfillment!

The intelligent production line put into operation this time is equipped with an advanced solvent-free coating system. The hardware configuration has been comprehensively upgraded. The three core advantages are as follows:

·High-precision intelligent coating, with stronger batch consistency

The fully automatic numerical control coating control system precisely manages the amount of adhesive applied and the coating flatness, ensuring that the thickness of each roll of product is uniform, and meeting the requirements of customers for large-scale continuous production.

·Fully enclosed and dust-free production, with strict and controllable environmental protection standards.

A closed clean production workshop, which reduces external dust pollution, has no solvent evaporation throughout the production process. The products have low residue and are more environmentally friendly, and are suitable for a variety of high-end application scenarios.

·Intelligent constant-temperature curing, with stable and balanced peeling performance

The accompanying automatic temperature-controlled curing unit enables fully controllable curing reactions, ensuring stable product peel strength. It also eliminates residual glue and continuous tape during machine processing, thereby reducing the production defect rate for customers.

At present, all production parameters, process procedures and quality control standards for solvent-free release paper have been fully standardized.
